Pomodoro® Bootcamps: 6 Hours Inside Real Workflow

Master the technique by working alongside Francesco Cirillo on actual projects

From Francesco Cirillo

After more than 30 years of teaching Pomodoro through theory, we’re launching something different: bootcamps where you work on your real projects while I work on mine, sharing screens and strategies in real-time.

The Parallel Work Method

Traditional workshops teach concepts. Bootcamps create experience.

Bring your most challenging project—the thesis you can’t start, the code you’re debugging, the report you’re avoiding. Work on it alongside me as I tackle my own tasks. We run synchronized Pomodoros. When I start, you start. When I break, you break. When distraction hits, we discuss why. When you’re stuck, we solve it together.

This isn’t about watching perfection—it’s about practicing together with immediate feedback.

Your Bootcamp Day

10:00 AM – Project Setup Define your objective. Break it into Pomodoro-sized tasks. Share your biggest obstacle. Get specific strategy for your situation.

10:30 AM – First Work Block Two Pomodoros on your project. Live troubleshooting during breaks. See how others handle similar challenges. Adjust based on what’s working.

11:30 AM – Deep Work Block Two focused Pomodoros. Handle interruptions together. Build momentum. Breakthrough moments (or productive failures).

12:30 PM – Break and Feedback Review actual progress. Plan next actions. Connect with accountability partners. Set up tomorrow’s success.

What Makes This Different

You’re Not Just Watching While I demonstrate on my real work, you’re applying techniques immediately to yours. Like having a productivity coach beside you, not teaching at you.

Real Projects, Real Progress That presentation due Monday. The research you’re analyzing. The creative project you’re stuck on. Make actual progress, not practice on fake exercises.

Peer Learning Amplified Twelve participants (in-person) or thirty (online) working simultaneously. Someone’s breakthrough with their novel might unlock your business plan. A developer’s focus strategy might solve your academic writing block.

Common Questions

“What if my project is confidential?” You control what you share. Screen sharing optional. Many use personal projects or sanitized versions.

“Can I attend just one day?” No. Day 1 builds awareness, Day 2 creates habits. Both required.

“Different time zone?” Join any online session. Recordings help catch anything missed.

The Reality Check

Bootcamps aren’t about watching someone else’s perfect productivity. They’re about developing your sustainable practice through real work, real challenges, and real support.

You’ll see me struggle to start. You’ll share your resistance. We’ll both make progress. That’s the point—normalizing the difficulty while building the discipline.

Your project is waiting. Your breakthrough is possible. Sometimes you just need to work alongside others who understand the challenge.

Reserve your spot for 2026. Let’s work together.
