The Complete Method, Start to Finish
The Pomodoro® Technique is a complete system for dealing with time. It helps you understand how you work, make realistic plans, estimate effort, manage interruptions, take restorative breaks and improve your process.
This program teaches you the complete technique through lessons and exercises you apply to your own work. Discover the method if you would like an introduction before choosing a course.

What You Will Learn
The course is organized around applying the method to actual work, not simply setting a timer.
- Plan realistically: decide what matters today and organize your week.
- Manage interruptions: distinguish internal and external interruptions and respond deliberately.
- Understand effort: estimate, record what happens and learn from the differences.
- Work sustainably: use focus, breaks and continuous improvement without forcing yourself to do more.
How the Program Works
Watch the prerecorded lessons, work through the exercises using your own activities and complete knowledge checks at the end of major modules.
Progress at your own pace. The next major module becomes available after you complete its required lessons and pass the knowledge check. You can retry quizzes as needed. There is no weekly content drip or mandatory waiting period.
The suggested 20-week learning path helps you build a lasting practice. You may move faster or slower, within your 12-month course access period.
When you complete the required learning activities, you receive a Certificate of Completion, not a professional trainer certification.

The Instructor
Francesco Cirillo created the Pomodoro® Technique in 1987 while he was a university student. What began with a tomato-shaped kitchen timer grew, through observation, practice and teaching, into a complete system for dealing with time.
The lessons and exercises are developed around the method as Francesco teaches it today. Meet Francesco.
