Collecting Process Metrics with the Pomodoro Technique @Leancamp Berlin 1
On August 27th at Leancamp, Berlin, Francesco Cirillo gave a talk about how to use the Pomodoro Technique to extract and collect process metrics in order to enable sustainable development within a startup environment. This highly charged, full-day event brought local entrepreneurs, designers, developers, and global thought leaders together for the first time in Germany to advance the tools of entrepreneurship and spark new tools to get to market faster.
Very useful to see the all of the different sessions to choose from. The most fun? Fishbowl!
Rob presents the basic thoughts and principles behind lean in an interview not to be missed!
Francesco’s speech on using metrics to work in a sustainable way by observing one’s way of working.
